Georgia has been working in the nutrition and dietetics fieldfor the best part of a decade. Her passion is in maternal and paternal nutrition - especially preconception, fertility and IVF, as well as pregnancy, alongside chronic diseases, gastrointestinal disorders and food reactions (such as IBS, food chemical sensitivities, coeliac disease, and more). 


She has even presented her research in paediatric nut allergies at the Dietitians Association of Australia Conference (2014).


Georgia has specialised training and key interests in: 

  • Fertility and pregnancy nutrition
  • Sports nutrition - combat sports, cycling, long distance running
  • Paediatrics
  • Allergic disease and food reactions
  • Gastrointestinal disorders
  • Nutrition in disability - MS, intellectual disabilities, para-athletes

Georgia is the owner and founder of Nutrition Prescription. She is one of four children. Her favourite pass times include creating modern fusions of traditional Greek dishes, fishing and spending time by the beach. She is an avid animal lover and has two fur babies - house cats Jimmy and Molly.

Currently appointments with Georgia can be made by special request only, via your preferred clinic.

Georgia is currently on maternity leave whilst also completing her PhD exploring the relationship between fertility and nutrition.

Monica brings with her 18 years of experience spread over the span of her dietetic career in clinical, academic, community and research settings - both in Australia and overseas. 


She has taught many emerging dietitians how to treat, support and coach their clients to improve health outcomes.


Regardless of how many research studies she's had published, Monica has a talent for taking the science and transforming it into user friendly advice.

Chelsea has a passion for evidenced based nutrition advice, to improve people’s lives. Her interest lies in private practice, where she has consulted at various sites within and on the outskirts of Geelong. 


She is a strong believer in preventative health care, as well as managing chronic conditions, Chelsea is confident she can make a significant difference to the life of her clients through nutrition. She believes in creating a comfortable environment, with realistic, individualised advice.
