All of our appointments are available via face to face and telehealth appointments. Medicare and private health rebates are accepted - check with your GP and insurer for eligibility.

Our team has obtained advanced training and qualifications. Fees for these services are higher to reflect the dietitian's skills, expertise and any additional time allocated for clients in these consultations.
For men and women who are having difficulty to conceive, and who may also be going through fertility treatment (IVF, IVF-ICSI, ovulation induction).
For paediatric clients with multiple conditions / issues requiring dietary management, or SOS consultation.
Our sports nutrition services are offered by trained sports dietitians. These consultations are open to individuals who are training competitively or recreationally, require supplement guidance and varied meal plans for seasonal and training changes.
Our dietitian has extensive training in the management of eating disorders. If you have an eating disorder, you may qualify for a Medicare Eating Disorder care plan. This entitles you to up to a rebate for up to 20 visits per year with your dietitian (in addition to your 50 visits with a psychiatrist!).
Check to see if you are eligible for any of the following rebates and concessions.
You will need to bring your doctor's referral, the Chronic Disease Management plan and your Medicare card with you on the day of your first consultation with your dietitian. We bulk bill pensioners and health are card holders with medicare referrals.
If you are a Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) card holder you will need to bring a written referral (D904) from your doctor or specialist on the day of your first consultation.
If you are a pensioner or health care card holder, you may be eligible for a concession rate.
If applicable, you might be entitled to claim all or part of your dietetic consultation fees through your private health fund. The particular rebate and levels of cover vary between health funds - it’s best to contact your provider for details.
If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask you contact our administration team at the practice you have booked with as soon as possible, this allows us to make this appointment available to other clients.
You can make changes to your appointment up until (and including) the day prior to your consultation- after this, cancellation fees apply.
We do not accept changes to appointments via email, text or social media - only the administration team at your selected clinic location can alter appointments.
Please note that if you cancel, change or miss your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full consultation fee will be charged.
